What is PIDLAS?

Program for Inculcation & Development of Leadership and Administrative Skills


Civil servants Academy, Bahawalpur is running the PIDLAS Program in order to build and
enhance the leadership and administrative skills of youth aspiring to join Civil Services by
qualifying Competitive Examinations with great distinction.

Long term objectives: To enable potential civil servants perform their duties efficiently and
effectively in their respective fields

To enable youth to deliver their best for the development and welfare of the society

What is YLEC?
Youth Leadership Empowerment Center
YLEC is a forum jointly launched by the Civil Servants Academy & GOHER Foundation to
empower and support young emerging leaders of the under-developed areas to play their role
in nation-building effectively and efficiently by acquiring and then utilizing different
leadership skills. The young leaders work for averting multiple crisis and conflict at local,
national and global level through research, analysis, advocacy and awareness-raising.

Vision of “YLEC :

To build a happy, tolerant, dignified and prosperous Pakistan by empowering the youth of
backward regions through developing & enhancing skills necessary for them to strive and
thrive in the world.
