Greetings! From Vijay Group of Institutions.

We sincerely hope that you are safe and staying indoors. Our mission is to ensure that learning should
never be interrupted, no matter whatever the scenario is. In the face of crippling pandemic, technology has
emerged as a major life-saver and a driving force that maintained our connections.

Daily worksheets: ( 7th April to 23rd May Lock Down )

To make teaching and learning more convenient, Vijay group of Institutions created class-wise groups to
which the worksheets have been posted daily to enhance learning. The response and the support given by you
was enormous. Nearly seven weeks the children were in touch with the subjects.

Family Fun Activities : (25th May to 29th May)

To have special moments with your children ‘Family Fun Activities’ were designed from 25th May to
29th May. Hope you had fun time with your children. We would like to break from 30th May to 2nd June for the
children to get ready for the next online session.

Zoom Online class:

Parent will be oriented about zoom online on June 2nd at 10am and Admin permission will be
provided to access online classes. We will be proceeding ahead with our regular scheduled Zoom Classes for the
students from June 3rd onwards starting with the Bridge Course. The purpose of Bridge course is to provide an
opportunity to upgrade and refresh the concepts required for this academic year and engage students with
content they know so it will help them get adapted to online classes. Focus will be given to Eng, Tamil and Math
provided with daily Home Fun for 9 days.

The above dates clearly indicate that the online classes are here to stay for the next couple of
months at least. We seek the support of parents in helping the school to ensure a smooth and strong
communication, so that we can stay connected in effective and meaningful ways.
