# Looking after PAN India Infra & Admin roll for New Branch set up and Branch roll out.
# Location sourcing for branch with negotiation and terms with landlord.
# Sourcing property options from real estates vendors/internet, etc
# Empanelment of qualitative vendor.
# Co-ordinate with sales team for visits
# Negotiation for shortlisted options
# Preparing LOI ( terms and conditions)
# Coordinating with landlord and lawyers for documents/DDR/lease
# Agreement closures with landlord/registration
# Timely Roll out of qualitative branches with tentative time line.
# Co-ordinate vendor visit and drawings
# Managing with many vendors to complete Branch site on time period
# Coordinate all BOQs
# Checking Bills and measurement sheet
# Site visit and update progress
# Ensuring qualitative Facility Management, Housekeeping, Security management.
# Handover of branch
# Closure of snags
# Assessing the requirements
# Co-ordinate for drawing
# Monitor work progress
# Legal clearance and clearing statutory compliances.
