Subject

Transmission Disassembly

Problem/ Complaint
Transmission side clutch shaft , reduction shaft and side brake is ware.

Symptom
Right and Left lever position is abnormal.

Troubleshooting /Service Step

1.check the actuator right and left
2.transmission belt tension
3.side clutch shaft
4.side clutch gear assy;
5.side brake
6.reduction shaft
7.reduction shaft gear assy;

Analysis
We check the machine condition and we drain the transmission oil. After we check the side clutch shaft and
reduction shaft , side brake , reduction shaft gear accessories . Side clutch shaft and reduction shaft is ware. So , we
disassembly the transmission and we change new side clutch shaft, reduction shaft , side clutch gear accessories and
reduction shaft gear accessories. After we assembly the transmission and we refill the transmission oil in specific
level. And then we change new oil cap and test run the machine , it was all ok.

We explain the customer , how to work transmission system and how to use transmission.
