Problem/ Complaint

Exhaust gas is black smoke and engine sound is abnormal

Symptom
Engine can start but exhaust gas is black smoke and engine sound is abnormal

Troubleshooting /Service Step

-check the fuel system
-check the unit pumps
-check the injectors
-check the governor and control rack
-check the cylinder head & valve
.

Analysis

Action and Suggestion

Our service team arrived at job site. Then we inspected the machine. We found that engine can start but exhaust gas
is black smoke and engine sound is abnormal. So, we checked the fuel system ,unit pumps , injectors , governor ,
control rack , cylinder head & valve. We found that no 3 injector spring is broken. So , we replaced the new injector
spring and test run the machine again. All was ok.
