Symptom
Engine not enough power

Troubleshooting /Service Step

This method is governor adjustment reseting. We found that when after using machines long time(1 year
or 2 years), engine was hunting and not enough power. So we consider because of this symptom was happen all of
tractor using long times. We think this problem root cause is fuel line system. So we check injector and fuel pump
accessories. Found that pump plunger is wear and injector nozzle spray hole is clogging. So we change new nozzle tip
and plunger , delivery valve.After that we install all injector , pump and test run machine. But engine is hunting. So
we adjust governor (resetting).And then, test run again. Tractor running condition is Ok. Engine condition is Ok. So
future ,after changing new nozzle and plunger we should adjust governor (resetting).
Analysis
Governor Resetting method
1st step - engine should be hot
2nd step – Set engine RPM at 2000 RPM
3rd Step - Remove fuel delivery cap, then rotate counter clockwise still engine stop
4th step - From engine stop point, need to rotate clockwise per each HP
If Agrolux 60e, 6.5 turns
If Agrolux 4.80e , 8 turns
If Agrolux 95e , 9 turns

Action and Suggestion

Future, if we change new nozzles , Plunger and deliver valve we should do the reset governor.
