Engin can’t not start.

Problem/ Complaint
Engine can’t start.

Symptom
Battery power come on position.

Troubleshooting /Service Step

Firstly, we checked the battery. And then, we checked connect from battery to starter motor which is ok. After
that we checked fuse, it was ok. And then we checked starter relay which it was too normal. After that, starter relay
output power is come out. So, starter motor is damaged. When we start the engine and engine can’t crank. Therefore
, We changed the starter from our stock part and test. Engine can crank and it was ok.

Problem case: Key switch

Battery
Fuse
Relay

Action and Suggestion

Need to check battery, fuse, and starter relay. After that check starter relay output cable connection. It
starter relay output was come out. Please check start solenoid and disassemble it. It is ok. Please check starter motor.
