Subject

 To share knowledge about the engine low power.

 

Problem/ Complaint

Engine low power.

Symptom

Engine RPM is drop with load. But without load engine RPM is normal. We found that error MID 128 PID 94 FMI 7
(feed pressure low) at the I-ECU.

Troubleshooting /Service Step

Unit injectors not good, feed pump abnormal, check valve abnormal, strainer clogging, filter clogging, water in fuel.
We inspected the truck, found that engine Rpm is drop with load. Thus, check the fuel line and air intake system. We
found additional filter clogging and fuel tank to the filter pipe clip is loosen. So, we changed the new additional filter.
Then, we test the truck, this problem is OK.

Analysis

Cause of this problem is filter clogging. So, engine low power. Because, not required amount of fuel when engine high
speed.
