Subject

 To know the knowledge of air pressure control.

 

Problem/ Complaint

Air pressure low than normal.

Symptom

Air leakage from service valve.

Troubleshooting /Service Step

First we tested run the machine; air pressure in the receiver tank is very low while the machine is running
with unloading. Air leakage from the service valve. We checked the receiver tank air leakage. But it is OK.
So, we checked the air pressure control lock nut. It is Loosen. So that air control setting pressure is not
reached normal condition. The receiver can not control the setting pressure (3 bars). (This pressure is to
circulate the compressor oil). Finally we adjust the air control setting pressure by retightened the control lock
nut. We test machine it is OK.

Analysis

This problem can cause the following condition.

If 1. Air pressure control lock nut loosen.

2. Receiver tank leakage.

3. Safety valve abnormal.

4. Other component damage.
