SITUATION

An international delegation of 20 guests will be visiting your organisation soon. The chief
executive officer has appointed you and some colleagues to plan a programme for the
delegates, to expose them to Malaysian culture. The programme is to be held for two days.
Have a discussion on the following aspects:

• objectives and dates of the programme


• activities to be included in the programme
• budget for the programme
• committees and duties for staff to help run the programme
