The Spark That Ignited Our Pride

Young achievers from San Marcelino were recognized in the annual LGU Night last
February 19, 2020 held at the San Marcelino Plazuela.
Some Williamite students including achievers from different schools were awarded and
recognized for showing excellency in representing our town, San Macelino, in different events.
Eiana Claire Nova, a Grade 6 student of SWSSMI, an International Hip Hop Competition
contestant and various dance competition champion, was an Outstanding Marcelinean Awardee
In the field of Journalism, Geody Mae Garcia, Jeanberlyn Bucado, Johniel Zar Mendoza,
and Nico Abdon, TV Broadcasting and Script Writing team who competed in the Paulink 2019
(a National Journalism Congress); Nicole Ivan Jeff Pimentel, Best Sports Field Reporter in the
recently concluded Division Schools Press Conference; Ezra Daphne Bayona, Editorial writer,
Askia Mae Bunyi, Photojournalist, and Ian Godwin Ubungen, Sports Writer, 1st placers in the
Paulink 2019, were also recognized in the event.
Aaron Matthew Ragadio, Taekwondo champion in the Provincial Meet, and Louise
Manangan, Shot Put Champion in the Provincial Meet, both CLARAA qualifiers, were also
awarded and recognized in the event.
These students are the pride of Saint William’s School and the pride of San Marcelino.
