I. Executive Summary
A. Introduction
Lumpia is the best finger food in every occasion. It is a savoury snack made of
thin crepe pastry skin called "lumpia wrapper" enveloping a mixture of savoury fillings,
consists of chopped vegetables (carrots, cabbages, green beans, bamboo shoots and leeks)
or sometimes also minced meat (chicken, shrimp, pork or beef). It is often served as an
appetizer or snack, and might be served deep fried or fresh (unfried). Lumpia is a classic
dish which is a common sight on most tables in Filipino homes and households, from
everyday meals to the grandest parties. Whether it is filled with humble vegetables or
juiciest meat or even fruits, these simple rolls wrapped with lumpia wrapper are enjoyed
and loved in whatever occasion.
When talking about lumpia, the potential for fillings are endless however, the fact
cannot be ignored that only one particular filling is available to those who sell it in the
market. Seeing how Filipinos are easily swayed with lumpia recipes, it gets us to wonder
how buyers would love something unique serve especially for them. Something that
would give them variety of choices for lumpia fillings. With that being said, the idea of
Wrap ‘n’ Roll business was given birth.
Wrap ‘n’ Roll is a business which will make customers appreciate the Lumpia
Wrapper more as it will be given emphasis in the business. Filipino lumpia wrapper is
characteristically thinner than other spring roll variants. It is traditionally made with egg,
flour, and water with a bit of salt mixed into wet dough. The concept of lumpia wrapper
was originated from China and discovered by other nationalities. Lumpia wrapper has
maintained its popularity over the centuries and owes their longevity to a combination of
being cheap and ability to compliment with various fillings inspired by local ingredients.
The proponents of Wrap N' Roll decided to come up with the idea of catering
different fillings in the lumpia wrapper. In addition, the business proponents will consider
the factors such as food presentation, good customer service, aesthetic order of interior
design and proper food handling to achieve customer's loyalty and satisfaction.
Throughout the years, many businesses grew in the food industry. There are new
trends in customer satisfaction and food preferences which challenges the food industry
to conceptualize another twist to keep ahead on the competition. Wrap ‘n’ Roll is no
different. With its uniqueness, it is expected to hit the market with a bang as it target the

C. Financial Consideration
This business is searching for a short term finance to endow the purchase of high quality
ingredients and materials that will be needed for the product. This will cover the overall start-
up expenses and all unexpected shortages that business would encounter. The business is
expecting to make profit between 1 to 2 days of operations. The business will begin its
production on the first week of March 2019.

To have excellent customer service to help the business increase its customer retention to
get and stay profitable and be ahead to the competition.

WRAP n’ Roll will market its product to their target markets which are the senior
high school students and staffs including teachers from Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng
Valenzuela through the following:
a) Logo.
A logo will catch the attention of the consumers. It is composed of the business’
tagline and business’ name.
b) Tagline.
A tagline will also be used to leave a mark on consumer’s mind about the
product.
c) Music.
Rock music will play during the execution of Entrepreneur Week to attract
customers. They will be satisfied while enjoying the ambiance because of the music.
d) Marketing Paraphernalia
In order to promote the business, banners will be posted around our booth and
flyers will be distributed all over the university so every consumer will be informed
about the business.
e) Giving of Freebies.
Every purchase of 5 products from WRAP n’ Roll, a consumer can take 1 free
printed sticker with different bands.
The “buy five, get one free” will be used to induce the target customers towards
our product. This strategy expects to increase the level of purchase satisfaction and
repurchase intention of the customers.
The business focuses on satisfying consumers and at the same time, making high profit
through innovated food ideas.
