Module 1 Speaking Assignment

Directions:

1. Use the Shadowing a Conversation video script to practice the conversation.

Repeat the conversation multiple times until you feel confident about how you
sound.

2. After practicing, use a smartphone or computer to record your voice as you read the
conversation. Pay close attention to your pronunciation!

3. Listen to your recording, and give yourself a score for each point on the Self Evaluation Rubric.
