A report of maintenance of JLG boom lift.

Date : 2076- 05 25

Machine JLG Boom lift, TIA . Kathmandu

Day 1: 2076 – 02- 02

Reached site : 10 am leave site : 4: 30 pm

Work performed : Set the machine position . Tried to disassemble the boom for easier working
condition. Called to shankar sir from site. As per his suggestion we tried to collect other tools to
replace the broken wire.

Day 2: 2076-2-3

Reached site 10 : 00 am leave site : 12:00

Work performed : waited for padma shree team at site upto 12:00 noon

Day 3: 2076-2-7

Reached site :10: 00 am leave site : 4: 30

Work performed : collected all other tools necessary for soldering . Found extra wire has been
broken. So we co- ordinate with shankar sir. Then he confirmed all wires to be replaced. After we
consult him we talked to TIA officer about the condition of the machine. And concluded to order
remaining broken wire. And same situation was informed to padmashree office.

Day 4: 2076- 04-22

Reached site:10: 30 am leave site : 5: 30

Work performed: set machine for maintenance position. Locate and confirm all wire to be replaced.
Collect the wire from local market and confirmed the work schedule. Then the broken wire are
drawn outside the boom and concluded to replace the original wire available from office and to join
other local available wire.

Day 5: 2076- 04-23

Reached site: 10: 00 am leave site : 5: 00 pm

Work performed: joined all broken wire by soldering method. Kept all new wire in right position to
be joined with ECM of the boom lift.

Day 6: 2076- 04- 24

Reached site : 10 : 30 am leave site 4: 30 pm

Work performed : joined remaining wire using soldering process. Joined the wire with ECM of
machine confirming each and every wire. After joining all the wire, we performed all the testing of
machine performance along with TIA officer. After confirmation by TIA officer we leaved the
informing same to padmashree office.
