GENERAL PURPOSE
We provide our customers with US addresses, these are real home addresses of our Mail Handler Assistants.
The main duties of Mail Handler Assistant are to receive, store, consolidate and ship out packages to our
customers.
Mail Handler Assistant reports directly to his/her office coordinator. The advantage of this position is that
you can merge it with your everyday job and get a significant increase in your budget.
WORK TIME
No later than 10:00 a.m. local time, each day, Mail Handler Assistant will receive a list of daily tasks from a
office coordinator.
Working time will be discussed individually, but not less than two hours a day during the working hours of
the postal and transportation companies in your city.
WORK LOCATION
Mail Handler Assistant will be work at home.
DUTIES
- check daily tasks/assignments from office coordinator
- receive (store if needed) all incoming mail to your mailing address
- inspect the quality and take 2-3 pictures of each shipment and send them to your office coordinator
- consolidate (combine multiple packages into one)
- ship out packages to our customers
- weekly detailed report of each processed package/ shipment to office coordinator
TRAINING
This position starts with learning its basic responsibilities. The training period lasts 22 working days, but not
more than one calendar month. During this period, Mail Handler Assistant must master the skills:
packing/repacking goods, filing reports using MS Excel, photo reports and package consolidation
procedures.
SALARY
- $25 for each processed package (shipped and consolidated according to the instructions.).
The number of received packages depends on the Mail Handler Assistant class.

REQUIREMENTS
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 21+ years old
- US citizenship
- Confident PC skills
- Basic level of Microsoft Office (Microsoft Word, Microsoft Office Excel)
- Ability to use e-mail, printer and scanner (camera or phone camera)
- Personal PC or laptop
TAXES
You will be hired as a contract employee on a 1099 basis. The company withholds no taxes from you and
issues a 1099 form at the end of the year.
