Job Title SM Manager – Innovation
Grade
Job Purpose
This is an Innovation/ Service and Product Development position with a key role in developing &
delivering new telcos and non telcos product/ services.
Key Accountabilities
Accountable for successful delivery of assigned projects (Innovation/ System / Platform) within
• agreed KPIs; based on sound project management methodology while adhering to UM Project
Model and other relevant UM compliances.
Leads telcos and non telcos project and work closely with other internal departments (Marketing,
• Sales, Finance, Network and ISD) during concept cycle to identify the needs of service delivery
requirements to meet UMobile’s business and technical goals.
Ensure requirement submission of new product and services are with customer’s experience in mind
•
and with consideration of front line operations.
• Collaborates with product/ service owners, lead and support end to end UAT/ sanity test processes.
Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are

communicated and implemented within the team.
