Nominated to take part in company-wide Operational Excellence Management System
(OEMS) at inception in 2011 through to 2015 to advance best practice in defining and
continually improving reliability and performance of company assets and execution of
corporate standards
Co-ordinated and facilitated 15 onboarding/information sessions to communicate process
enhancements and raise internal stakeholder awareness via live presentations and other virtual
media to over 300 participants
