Key Project
Thames Water (SPRING Training program): This project is designed to replace the existing CIS billing systems with the new SAP-
based billing and CRM systems. Wipro’s Learning Solutions team is responsible for building training materials that will help the
agent who would use the application to manage customer enquiries, transition easily and get acquainted with the new systems. In
this project our team is working in collaboration with the Thames Water Learning team to:
o Design a blended-learning approach that caters to the learning needs of the agents, each with different levels of skills and tasks
to perform.
o Prepare engaging and interactive classroom as well as online training materials to train agents on the tasks and scenarios that
they will encounter in their day-to-day jobs.
Adult Parole Board (APB), Corrections Victoria: APB was implementing a business process management (BPM) application to move
from a document-oriented to a system-oriented process. This change was being introduced to improve efficiency in decision
making and reduce errors due to inaccuracy of data. The objective of the training was to help employees transition smoothly to the
new application and perform their daily tasks efficiently. As a part of this project, we:
o Proposed a blended-learning approach that would utilize the benefits of both classroom trainings and self-paced eLearning
approaches.
o Apart from the ILT program, we also created and delivered hand-outs and user-guides to help participants perform their daily
tasks efficiently.

Key Projects
ACRP Certification Courses and Gap Analysis tool: The requirement was to create a series of courses that would provide learners
(Clinical Research Associates (CRAs), Principal Investigators (PI), etc.) with information and knowledge on clinical research and trial
methods and best practices. They would use the content to prepare and appear for the certification courses rolled out by ACRP. The
project required:
Design and development of highly engaging and interactive courses that would educate learners on key topics related to clinical
trials and research such as, good clinical practices, ICH guidelines, the clinical trial process, etc.
Creating a gap analysis tool by developing an assessment program that would help learners assess their current level of skills and
knowledge and provide guidance on their areas of improvement.
Save the Children (Kidnapping and Hostage Survival): The Save the Children organization in UK required an interactive, engaging,
and self-paced eLearning course to raise awareness amongst its staff to survive in hostage and kidnapping situations.
The audience was geographically dispersed, included non-English speaking people, who had limited exposure to web-based
trainings.
We created a scenario-based course, where learners were provided with a real-life scenario of hostile environments and they were
required to choose the right course of action to mitigate the risk and improve their chances of survivals. They were provided with
feedback to their responses to guide them on how to manage such situations.
APO (Supply Chain Management): APO needed self-paced and engaging eLearning courses on Supply Chain Resilience for learners
that enrolled for their training program. The requirement was to add a way to track the learner’s progress and learning accuracy.
Mentor-driven, scenario-based, and highly-interactive series of courses were developed to educate audiences on the common
problems they could face in supply chain management and how sustainable and resilient supply chain management could resolve
their issues.
