Meadows Pool COVID-19 Directives

o Pool capacity at 25% is 89 patrons. To abide by this directive, we will allow up to 89 patrons in
the pool at a time. Should this number be reached we will use the one out, one in rule to keep
within the guidelines.

o At every rest break, 10 minutes till the hour, the pool will be cleared, and patrons will exit the
facility. Should there be a line to enter the pool waiting, the patrons exiting the facility will need
to go to the back of the line to re-enter.

o Please abide by the 6-foot social distancing rule while waiting and visiting our facility.

o Pool lounge chairs will be placed in groups of two, and six feet apart on the pool deck. Lounge
chairs are for adults only and please do not move the chairs.

o Family groups may be up to 6 people together on the pool deck. Family group constitutes
people residing in the same home.

o At this time, there will only be one guest allowed per family membership. No exceptions to this
rule.

o No group parties will be allowed at this time till we are back to full capacity. Only private, after
hours parties will be allowed.

o We will not be selling concessions at this time to help with social distancing. You are more than
welcome to bring in your own snacks and drinks. We do not allow alcohol or glass on the pool
deck.

o For the time being, we will only be accepting the digital platform for memberships.

o Once the pool opens on June 1, 2020 there will be no refunds given for pool memberships.

o Please help us keep you and all our visitors safe by following the posted instructions and
following the directions from our staff. There is an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 in any
public place where people are present. COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that
spreads through person-to-person contact and can lead to severe illness and death. By visiting
the Meadows Pool and/or Community Center, you voluntarily assume all risks related to
exposure to COVID-19.

o These directives may change with no notice as needed.

By purchasing a pool membership, you are agreeing to the terms of this document.
