1-What are kind of trouble is he having?

In this case he had to work from home, and his boss gave him an access password
because he would take the day off, but he forgot the password to access to the
system and was sorry to call his boss on his day off.

2-How would you have felt in their situation?

I would have felt terrible and frustrated

3-What would you have done?
I would try to work hard and remember the password as possible, and in any case, I
call my boss, a simple call I do not think it should bother him too much.

4-Have you gone through a similar situation? What did you do? Give an
example.
Yes, I was once in charge of a store, and I forgot the computer password, and it was
time to open, what I did was I look for a tutorial on how to skip the windows
password.

1-What are kind of trouble is he having?

He planned to have dinner with his parents, before that he

decided to go hiking with his family, but when I called his
parents the call fell out of the signal, he called a lot but his
parents didn't listen, his parents cared a lot, then he was able
to make the call an hour later.

2-How would you have felt in their situation?

I would have felt very desperate and uncomfortable
3-What would you have done? 

In that case I would have looked for a higher place to see if I get better signal, or I
try to send an SMS message to my parents wouldn't worry.

4-Have you gone through a similar situation? What did you do? Give an
example.

Not like that, a similar situation, my cell phone ran out of battery and was lost, I had
to borrow a cell phone in the street to make a call.

1-What are kind of trouble is she having?

She a day earlier prepared a PowerPoint presentation,

but the day she had to file the exhibition, when she
opened the file, the computer was damaged, and she
was unable to show the presentation. But at the end, she
was able to improvise and give the presentation of what
she had learned.

2-How would you have felt in their situation?

Angry, it is hard to spend the whole night preparing something and the next day it
doesn't work.

3-What would you have done? 

I would have done the same thing, if I prepared the topic it means that I know the
content and I can explain it without the presentation.

4-Have you gone through a similar situation? What did you do? Give an
example.
Yes, and I did exactly the same thing, I started improvising and exposing what was
in the presentation, and everything went very well.
