“A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN PLAN AND

BUDGET (CBYDP, ABYIP) OF SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN OF BARANGAY LAMAC,
PINAMUNGAJAN CEBU AMOUNTING TO OF ONE MILLION TWO HUNDRED
TWELVE THOUSAND AND THREE HUNDRED NINETY TWO PESOS AND EIGHTY
SIX CENTAVOS (PHP. 1,212,392.86 ) AND ENDORSING TO THE SANGGUNUANG
BARANGAY FOR ADOPTION”

WHEREAS, chapter 2, Section 8, Page 4-5 of the R.A. 10742, also Known as the
SangguniangKabataan Reform Act of 2015 states that the Sangguniang Kabataan
Officials has the power to formulate and approves the Comprehensive Barangay Youth
Development Plan(CBYDP), Annual Barangay Youth Investment Plan(ABYIP), Capacity
Development Agenda and the Youth Annual Procurement Plan;

WHEREAS, it further states that the SK Officials shall promulgates resolutions to

carry out the objectives of the said plans and the applicable provision of RA NO. 10742
and its IRR;

WHEREAS, the total amount OF ONE MILLION TWO HUNDRED TWELVE THOUSAND
AND THREE HUNDRED NINETY TWO PESOS AND EIGHTY SIX CENTAVOS (P HP.
1,212,392.86 ) was allocated to the development program in the barangay budget
which need to be converted into activities, and projects for the youth as stated in the
IRR;

THEREFORE, after due deliberation and on the motion of Hon. Lambert Paslon, the
resolution wasduly seconded by Hon. Karen Joy Letigio;

RESOLVED, to endorse to Sangguniang Barangay the attached approved of SK Plan

and Budget for review and adoption;

RESOLVED FURTHER, that the programs, projects and activities with their
corresponding allocation are enumerated as follows:

1. Youth Development and Empowerment Programs and Projects

Environmental Protection Php. 61,000.00

Equitable Access to Quality Education Php. 123,000.00
Disaster Risk Reduction Management Php. 107,000.00
Youth Employment and Livelihood Php. 18,746.46
Health and Anti-Drugs Php. 129,000.00
Gender Sensitivity Php. 188,000.00
Sports Development Php. 230,500.00
Climate Change Adaptation Php. 90, 000.00
Capability Building Php. 105,000.00
2. Maintenance and Other Operating Expenses
Traveling Expenses Php. 60,620.00
Fidelity Bond Premium Php. 26,782.40
Membership Dues And Contribution to Organization Php. 12,124.00
Office Supplies Php. 60,620.00

RESOLVED FURTHER FINALLY, to furnish copies of this resolution all offices

concern for their information and guidance.
