AFFIDAVIT OF SUPPORT

I, RAQUEL SIROS PAYTE, 60 years old, married, Filipino, resident of

Maria Peňafrancia St., Montecielo Subdivision, Phase 3, Del Rosario, Naga City,
lawyer by profession, under oath, hereby state that:

1. That I am the wife of HENRY B. PAYTE;

2. That my husband, HENRY B. PAYTE, and I were married on

March 8, 1987, in Iriga City;

3. That my husband and I will be joining a Group Tour to Turkey

and Greece from February 18 to 29, 2020;

4. That I am willing and able to support my husband in the

said Group Tour, including his allowances and other expenses;

5. That last November 2019, my husband and I also joined the

Marian Pilgrimage Tour in Italy, Portugal, Spain and France;

6. That I am executing this Affidavit of Support to attest to

the truth and veracity of the foregoing facts and to inform the
authorities concerned.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand this 4 th day of
