ANNUAL MAINTENANCE CONTRACT AGREEMENT OF BALLEY BRIDGE.

(HERE IN AFTER REFERRED TO AS “CLIENT”)

SUPPLIER: B. FOUR ENGINEERING & CONSTRUCTION PVT. LTD.,

BALAJU HEIGHT 16, KATHMANDU, NEPAL.
(HERE IN AFTER REFERRED TO AS "B4")

This agreement is made between Client and B4 on 19TH March, 2020 for Maintenance of
Bailey Bridge for one year period, form 1 th April 2020 to 1st April 2021 under following
terms and conditions.

Subject: - Maintenance of Bailey Bridges in Annual Basis.

Scope of Work:- Bracing bolt tightening, Deck bolt tightening, Cord bolt tightening,
transom clamp tightening, Sway brace adjustment, Panel pin tightening, Safety pin
tightening Bearings cleaning and greasing.

Note: - If painting to be done, then material should be provided by client and extra charges
will be added as follows;

POINTS OF AGREEMENT
1) All the tools to perform jobs will be provided by B4.
2) Grease should be provided by client.
3) Paint and scaffolding should be provided by client if needed.
4) Any damage parts to be replaced should be arrange by client.
5) Food for worker will be provided by B4.
6) Accommodation or Shelter for worker should be provided by client.
7) Transportation of tools and workers will be provided by B4.
8) If any major work to be done, then with prior conformation form client and extra
charges will be added.
9) If any amendments or changes required on points mentioned in this agreement,
same could be done on mutual understanding between client and B4.

Payment Terms & Conditions;

 Total amount of 50 % should be paid after the agreement made and remaining 50%
of same should be paid after completion of first maintenance.
