WEDDING CAKE

INGREDIENTS:
Batter Mixture:
1 ¼ C Cake flour
½ tbsp Baking powder
¼ tsp Iodized salt
½ C Refined sugar

Another Mixture:
Eggs(yolk)
¼ C Corn Oil
Water
Strawberry Flavouring
Food colouring (red)

Meringue:
Eggs(white)
¼ tbsp cream of tartar
¼ C Sugar (white)

Boiled icing:
Eggs(white)
¼ tsp cream of tartar

Syrup:
¾ cups sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla/strawberry flavour
¼ cup water
Pinch salt
PROCEDURE:
Procedure for chiffon cake (BATTER)

•measure all ingredients

•sift all dry ingredients together

•mix all dry ingredients together until well incorporated

• make a hole in the middle and add wet ingredients and gradually mix it until well incorporated

•add flavoring and coloring

For Meringue

•Mix egg whites until stif peak

•Add cream of tar tar

•Gradually add sugar until stiff peak
