15 for the record this submission supplement 2 is for public purposes and accepted as such.

17 As the hotel inquiry obviously is dealing with mask and other protective gear issues I have
18 below provided certain information with links to show where I have this from. This, so the
19 reader can check back about what I quoted is accurately quoted.
20 The reader ought to understand that while this document may be of a considerable number of
21 pages in the end I was spending my time to put it all together so those who may have joined the
22 new religion and/or mentally unable to grasp reality may just discover that what appeared to be
23 COVID-19 may just be one gigantic illusion. And the reader then should ask why on earth was
24 this allowed to go on and on month after months will people denied proper medical care as to
25 avoid “overwhelming the hospital system” rather than being concentrating upon saving lives!
26 Since when is the concern for a hospital system more important then the lives and wellbeing of
27 patients? A competent government could have ensured the hospital system was in advance
28 prepared for any disease to come along, by whatever name it may be identified.

30 In my view, has federal and state politicians considered my writings over the months then more
31 than likely many lives could have been saved from ending up in deaths. Also many person
32 denied proper medical care and attention then may not have been denied this.

34 I have invited the premier Mr Daniel Andrews and the Victorian Police to take me on so it can be
35 litigated in court. I do not fear to do so as I have done extensive research. It would be a challenge
36 to the Premier, claiming to rely upon “science” and blaming Victorians as I understood it being
37 ignorant to the lives of others that he simply doesn’t know what he is talking about and it is his
38 Government that really is culpable of gross mismanagement.

40 wearing of a mask then a company could face severe cost to compensate the person harmed and
41 if death eventuated the liability can be huge. Likewise if an employee were to end up in an
42 accident as result of wearing a mask.

44 In my view the National Retailers Association ought to have challenged any Government
45 demand to enforce mask being worn by employees/customers/visitors on health and safety
46 grounds rather than merely be some parrot for the government.
47 In my view, it is essential that this inquiry considers all relevant issues as reportedly on Saturday
48 25 July 2020 there were another record of 459 positive infections and allegedly 10 deaths
49 claimed to be due to COVID-19.

48 This last question is I view an indictment against the politicians and medical profession that 9
49 out of 10 people died being put on ventilators that were set wrongly. As I made clear many
50 months ago the NYC doctor posted a video that patients were put on ventilators that were not

11 What is so grossly incompetent of this as was with the hotel isolations is that “private hospitals”
12 in my view cannot properly care for “provide special care for elderly coronavirus patients” this as to my
13 experiences they do not have special “QUARANTINE” facilities.
14 All you are going to do is to ensure more of the vulnerable persons will likely die. Regardless if
15 you call it COVID-19 or whatever, there is something going on that had caused considerable
16 health complications to the most vulnerable persons.
17 Firstly is it not good enough to claim a person tested positive because you have to ask;
18 Positive for what?
19 Antibodies are eventuating merely with a “common cold” and so a test is essentially useless if it
20 cannot differentiate between antibodies for the “common cold” or a serious disease.
21 It can in fact enhance more vulnerable persons to die if they are all lumped together in a “private
22 hospital” where there is no proper “QUARANTINE” facilities as other then being “private” they
23 essentially can be considered much to the standards of the hotel fiasco.
24 Therefore instead of the Government and others making dramatic plays about the number of
25 positive test, which can severely undermine public confidence when they discover they are over
26 inflated, any test must be confirmed by a chest Xray (or other special test) to show that indeed
27 the lungs or other parts of the body such as the throat/brain, etc. are affected/infected.
28 It is a sheer misuse of medical facilities and public monies to dump any person in a “private
29 hospital” for a incorrect assessment and indeed may prevent the very persons needing the
30 accommodation to have to do without.

39 It is terrible that a newborn child so early in life faces this kind of issue and this underlines that
40 we need to take drastic but not draconic measurements that can possibly avoid the spread of the
41 disease, or any disease.

43 Firstly, any item to be used as protective gear for doctors, nurses, carers, etc, must be first
44 “decontaminated” regardless of being newly supplied. This to ensure none of it is contaminated.
45 .
46 Secondly, special (temporary) living units are to be set up where doctors, nurses, carers can
47 reside isolated for 14 days during which time their faeces and urine are checked if they are
48 infected with any particular disease. If they are not cleared at the end of the 14 days they are not
49 permitted to work in a hospital/care facility. If they are cleared then they are to be dressed in
50 sealed protective gear so that they are not infected on their way to the facilities they have to
51 work. There they are to be provided with 14 days of accommodation (in-house, this so that they
52 do not infect any person and neither other staff which have undergone the same rigorous
53 clearance. After 14 day’s the person is entitled to have a month’s paid leave or may continue to

1 work (such as those who are single and not having anyone at home to look after) and all time
2 further served will entitled them to the same additional time of paid leave.

4 With nursing homes where it likely would be impracticable for a doctor to be for 14 days in
5 isolation, the doctor must undergo a decontamination before entering the care facilities and
6 remain in protective gear while attending to anyone.

8 Special rooms are to set up where visitors can visit a person in care where the room is divided by
9 a partition that prevents any transmission of air to either side. This will ensure that the person in
10 case is not left totally isolated from family and friends, even if physical contact such as shaking
11 hands cannot eventuate, unless there is a plastic sealed glow in the wall provided to do so
12 without any actual physical contact otherwise possible. The essence is to facilitate contact but
13 avoid physical contact to prevent transmission of any disease.

15 Any person who is deemed to be tested positive must be placed in a special room awaiting
16 further test to confirm what actually the positive test results might relate to.
17 For example a person testing positive and having found to have a brain infection must then be
18 placed in appropriate care and not left waiting on and on. Neither a person who tested positive
19 but found to have no more but a “common cold” be placed with those who have a serious deadly
20 infection. While a “common cold” can be nothing serious to many the harm to a very vulnerable
21 person should not be under estimated and so appropriate care is still required.
22 A person who had lung problems then is placed in ICU and if a ventilator might be required it
23 must be a trained nurse who knows and can appropriately program the unit for use. Not that the
24 patient ends up being killed by the usage of the unit as I understand often eventuated in the USA
25 due to incorrect programmed ventilators.
26 All and any vaccinations to any vulnerable person must be banned as to avoid reducing a
27 person’s immunity system, with the exception of special by a medical ordered injections
28 where the doctor views this is medically justified. As such no routine compulsory
29 vaccinations!
30 All and any person in care, including hospitals, to be provided with ability to contact or be
31 contacted by telephone (without cost to the patient/resident or the callers) this as to keep the
32 vitality of the persons in care/patients to the maximum. People who are denied contact with
33 family/friends can generally reduce the desire to live and may succumb to an illness and it is for
34 this very important that their mental and emotional health is well cared for.
35 Any security staff as well as other hospital staff must likewise be caused to go through the 14
36 days period before being able to work as any such facilities.

47 mask or so when 63 nursing-homes are having major problems. The entire lockdown has not
48 avoided the infections and deaths of the many! And I view because its concentration is wrongly
49 directed mainly to curb the healthy persons then protect the vulnerable. Lets consider the

20 What then is the subject of the hotel inquiry? Is it about some influenza nicknamed COVID-
21 19?
22 Surely the criteria for any inquiry is to be able to know what on earth is being investigated. is it
23 dealing with some highly infectious disease that justify lock ups or dealing with some ordinary
24 regular even so deathly disease like influenza.
25 One cannot stress the importance to why when there are numerous influenza deaths the
26 government doesn’t deem it necessarily to lockdown and demand face mask to be born (not that
27 I seek to imply it would be legally appropriate) where the death toll is far in excess to what the
28 claimed COVID-19 is in Australia?
29 It is very relevant for the inquiry if those kept in the hotel were or were not possibly infected
30 with a serious infectious disease or with something of an influenza, this as the kind of isolation,
31 etc, would be relevant to the nature of any possible infection.
32 What we appear to have is 2 sides of scientist, doctors, etc. one side claiming there is a
33 covid-19 and is rampaging through society at a horrendous cost of lives, etc, while the other

41 an “objection”. This, as Section 116 of the Constitution prohibit the Commonwealth of

43 objections”. Therefore, any person having a purely moral, ethical, or philosophical source of
44 “religious objection” have a valid objection.
45 Neither do I accept that a person making an “religious objection” requires to state his/her
46 religion, and neither which part of his/her religion provides for a “religious objection” as the
47 mere claim itself is sufficient to constitute what is referred to in subsection 245(14) as being a
48 “religious objection”. Therefore, the wording “religious objection” is to be taken as “objection”
49 without the word “religion” having any special meaning in that regard.
50 If you do not accept this as such, then there is clearly another constitutional issue on foot!

7 nursing homes to private hospitals, it unlikely will reduce the ongoing deaths if the vulnerable
8 unless there is appropriate action taken that those who are claimed to be infected with the
9 coronavirus and risk death they then should be in proper “QUARANTINE” facilities.
10 My wife who had despite of her age maintained her private hospital cover I view would be at
11 risk if she was needing “QUARANTINE” to be ending up in a “private” or for that “public”
12 hospital or care facility. I view, it would basically be a death sentence to her to be placed in any
13 such facilities that I view are anything but “QUARANTINE” facilities. While ordinary my wife
14 always used “private hospital” facilities, when in October 2019 it was an emergency and she
15 ended up with heart failure and other underlying problems in a “public” hospital she gave me the
16 understanding that she held she was being better cared for then ever in all those decades she had
17 been a patient in a “private” hospital. And as the nurse, trained in ICU explained to us, as I
18 understood it, that “private” hospitals lacks the equipment and trained staff to properly care for
19 Heart Failure patients. Essentially, you pay for “private” health insurance so if you fall ill or
20 need some operation you do not have to wait a long time as public patients might have to.
21 Indeed, when my wife attended to a specialist she was booked in and had her specialist doing
22 what he needed to do in about 48 hours, this even so it was in a lockdown period where elective
23 surgeries, etc, were deferred to public patients.

25 In my view, the killing fields (and so the death bodies) are the mark of gross incompetence by
26 various political leaders and health officials seemingly, at least to me, unprepared and unable to
27 attend to the real issues at hand. As such, all kind of knee jerk responses eventuate and more and
28 more persons befall the end result of dying.
29 No matter if a person has merely days to live it is my view that every single day indeed hour or
30 even minute should not be denied to the person to live life out to the best of his/her ability.

1 Have you ever pondered the fact that the current COVID lockdown, masks, and fear may
2 be a result of official “facts” that are not facts at all but are, well, actually lies?
3 In our opinion, the propaganda campaign surrounding this so-called “pandemic” has

5 coming from all angles, people in general have succumbed to “analysis paralysis,”

9 act like “robotic sheeple” and obey … even if it means giving up freedom and liberty.
10 We constantly hear about the “new normal” which includes COVID testing, contact
11 tracing, monitoring, surveillance, mask-wearing, social distancing, quarantine and
12 isolation, with the possibility of mandatory vaccinations and microchipping coming soon.
13 But cognitive dissonance has taken over. For instance, multiple studies have confirmed that
14 sunlight kills COVID in a matter of minutes, as reported in a recent New York Post article.
15 In light of this fact, why did Gavin “the Dictator” Newsom recently go full totalitarian and
16 ban activity on the beaches in California? And although multiple studies have shown that
17 COVID fatality rates are rapidly decreasing, the California “dictator” has arbitrarily (and
18 capriciously) proclaimed that indoor activities (including churches, gyms, and bars) in over
19 two dozen counties must be stopped … except for his winery, of course.
20 This is the stuff of tortured logic, and it’s a primary reason why many “thinking”
21 Americans are suspicious of government’s COVID guidance, and frustrated with private
22 business response to the guidance.
23 There are several official “facts” which have led to this insane state of fear and irrational
24 and illogical recommendations about COVID, and in this article, we’re going to prove,
25 without a shadow of a doubt, that they are lies.
26 OFFICIAL “FACT” #1: If a mayor or governor or other
27 “official” issues a COVID directive, it’s the same thing as a law.

2 OFFICIAL “FACT” #2: The COVID “Virus” Has Been
3 Identified & Isolated

5 The international lockdown is based upon the idea that there is a new distinct virus SARS-
6 CoV2 which is spreading, infecting and causing the disease known as “COVID-19.”
7 However, the virus itself has never been isolated nor thoroughly proven to be causing the
8 disease.
9 The fact is that the coronavirus fails Koch’s postulates.
10 “What are Koch’s postulates?”

11 Robert Koch (1843-1910) was a German scientist who identified the specific causative
12 agents of tuberculosis, cholera and anthrax. He was awarded the Nobel Prize in 1905.
13 Before he died, Koch established 4 criteria to identify the causative agent of a disease.
14 These criteria (“Koch’s postulates”) have become a “gold standard” for determining the
15 existence of an infectious agent and for isolating and verifying what is causing a disease.
16 They are as follows:

17 1. The microorganism must be identified in all individuals affected by the disease, but not
18 in healthy individuals.
19 2. The microorganism can be isolated from the diseased individual and grown in culture.
20 3. When introduced into a healthy individual, the cultured microorganism must cause
21 disease.
22 4. The microorganism must then be re-isolated from the experimental host, and found to be
23 identical to the original microorganism.
24 Firstly, SARS-CoV2 (allegedly causing the disease COVID-19) has not been shown to be
25 present only in sick people and not in healthy ones. There are countless cases of people
26 having this virus with absolutely no symptoms. So it FAILS postulate #1. And since it fails
27 postulate #1, it also FAILS postulate #3.
28 Secondly, SARS-CoV2 has never been isolated. Proper isolation must be done with
29 equipment such as electron microscopes and cannot be achieved through CT scans (which
30 the Chinese were using) or the PCR test (more on this in Assumption 3 below). So it
31 FAILS postulate #2. And since it fails postulate #2, it also FAILS postulate #4, since re-
32 isolation cannot take place if isolation has never occurred.
33 Heck, even a study published in the New England Journal of Medicine admitted that the
34 coronavirus failed Koch’s postulates.

1 OFFICIAL “FACT” #3: COVID-19 “PCR” Testing is Accurate

3 The most common test for COVID-19 is the “Polymerase Chain Reaction” (PCR) test,
4 which is able to replicate DNA sequences billions of times. This test has SERIOUS
5 problems.
6 The PCR test was developed as a manufacturing technique, not as a diagnostic tool, and it
7 is qualitative not quantitative.
8 “What exactly does that mean?”

9 This means that the PCR test can only tell you if a virus is present or not, but it cannot tell
10 you in what quantities. Most importantly it cannot make any accurate assessment about
11 whether the virus is actually causing the disease.
12 Heck, even the CDC itself admits that a positive PCR test does not mean the virus is
13 causing the symptoms you may have!
14 These are the actual words of the CDC:
15 “Positive [test] results are indicative of active infection with 2019-nCoV but do not rule
16 out bacterial infection or co-infection with other viruses. The agent detected may not be the
17 definite cause of disease. … Negative results do not preclude 2019-nCoV infection and
18 should not be used as the sole basis for treatment or other patient management decisions.
19 Negative results must be combined with clinical observations, patient history, and
20 epidemiological information.”
21 What? Huh?
22 If the scientific “gold standard” COVID-19 test (the PCR) doesn’t even provide proof that
23 the virus causes the disease, why is everyone rushing around like a headless chicken?
24 The PCR test doesn’t identify or isolate viruses, doesn’t provide RNA sequences of
25 pathogens, offers no baseline for comparison with patient samples, and cannot determine
26 an infected from an uninfected sample. That is staggeringly useless and scientifically
27 meaningless!
28 The reality is that we have no idea how many people actually have COVID-19. The CDC
29 cannot “confirm” something for which there is no accurate test.
30 OFFICIAL “FACT” #4: The COVID-19 Official “Death Count”

33 When it comes to the COVID-19 “death count,” authorities worldwide are counting the
34 deaths in a way that makes no sense, whatsoever.

29 on 24 July 2019 I wrote to you about my concern that the euthanasia provisions were used to
30 kill of people not for health reasons but for their Estate. Regretfully it appears that it was of no
31 concern to you as you failed even a courtesy response. However, I was not dissuaded by this lack
32 of courtesy and/or attention to deal with the matter and I am still pursuing this matter, albeit in
33 relation to the Estate I understand the Victorian Police is still investigating identity theft and
34 fraudulent withdrawals.
35 Currently I understand you have been pursuing lockdowns and mask issues which has to my
36 understanding caused horrendous consequences to many persons, not only to Victorian citizens.

38 My 87 year old wife Olga, I raced to the local hospital in October 2019 and it was held she
39 suffered from hearth Failure and other underlying medical problems and ended up for 10 days in
40 hospital including ICU. It is because of this that when the issue of COVID-19 was raised in the
41 alternative medical I became very interested to search for facts and the truth.
42 I downloaded thousands of articles and videos and for security placed them on a back up hard-
43 drive in a fireproof safe. I did so that in case I was to end up in some litigation regarding
44 COVID-19 issues I could have this at hand. Many medical articles, videos and other articles are
45 very conflicting to state at the very least, in particular those coming from WHO (World Health
46 Organisation) and CDC (USA such as Dr Fauci). We also can add to this the various conflicting
47 claims made by the various federal/state/territory health officials.

10 I will below outline how I objected to certain legislative provisions and it should be
11 understood that once any person makes an objection (including protestors who reportedly
12 on 25 July 2020 did so) then for all purposes and intent the legislative provisions/rules and
13 regulations are ULTRA VIRUS Ab Initio unless a competent court of jurisdiction decides it
14 (against each and every objector) to be INTRA VIRUS.
15 The reason it must be “each and every objector” is that some persons may make an
16 objection without in the view of the court being able to present sufficient grounds for
17 objection whereas someone else may succeed. For this once any person makes an objection
18 then all and any fines issued must not be proceeded with unless and until if ever at all the
19 courts have overruled all and any objection. The courts cannot take into consideration
20 political intentions as our (federal) constitution provides for political liberty! As such,
21 political motives of any Government is totally irrelevant.

23 When a person or persons arrive into Australia and is required by Commonwealth legal
24 provisions (not State provisions as they cannot interfere/undermine Commonwealth
25 provisions) then must be detained regarding a “man-kind” “QUARANTINE” facility it is
26 up to the Commonwealth to ensure that such “QUARANTINE” facility is up to the
27 appropriate standards as may be deemed required regarding the particular “man-kind”
28 disease. It is not for the State Government to dictate conditions that may not at all
29 appropriate in the relevant circumstances.
30 When health officials of the state and others are admitting that they are still learning on
31 what this COVID-19 is about then they cannot demand nor expect incoming travellers to
32 be Guinea pigs for their pet project of experimenting.
33 State health officials must, that is if enlisted by the Commonwealth to assist, ensure that
34 they provide a standard of “QUARANTINE” no lesser than that which the Commonwealth
35 requires. The Commonwealth lacks any legislative powers to leave it up to the the various
36 states to make their own determination, this as within the framework of the federal
37 constitution it must provide for a “UNIFORM” approach in all matters, nut just taxation.

39 Where any person arriving makes a “verbal” objection to be locked up in a hotel then that
40 must be accepted as a “legal” objection and a State or for that the Commonwealth cannot
41 merely draconically enforce their own rules and regulations but must place the matter
42 before a competent court which must then determine regarding this person or any other
43 person objecting what, if any law, regulation, rules are or are not applicable and can or
44 cann’t be enforced against any person or person.

46 Without any court determination the person/persons is held unlawfully!

48 Where being it by the hotel fiasco or otherwise it results to a gigantic outbreak of the
49 disease, then those responsible for this cannot somehow seek to justify this to interfere or
50 otherwise deny a person directly and/or indirectly to have their constitutional freedom.
51 It indeed would be a gross absurdity if Authorities either by malfeases or otherwise could
52 somehow claim rights to interfere with the constitutional rights of citizens.

1 Any Government, so its Ministers and Agencies must be required to act as “model citizen”
2 and if there is a failure then the Minister should resign and a more competent person
3 become Minister. This was what the NZ Minister for health did . He resigned.

5 Therefore when a person reportedly makes known to a police officer to object to wearing a
6 mask that no matter what, if any medical or other grounds this objector relies upon the
7 only thing the police officer can do, if seeking to enforce some rule/regulation/law is to have
8 this person summonsed to court, and let a court of competent jurisdiction make a judicial
9 decision after both sides have been heard. That is a legal principle enshrined in our federal
10 constitution and the States are also bound to apply this. The same with any hotel
11 incarceration and in particular where people are placed at risk of their health and
12 wellbeing by being put together in a hotel that fails any real protection of a
13 “QUARANTINE” facility then using whomever to enforce this incarceration and even
14 demanding a person so incarcerated to pay for this I view underlines we deal with
15 constitutional terrorism that no court could sanction as being legally justified.

18 By 8 April 2020 I wrote to the Victorian Ombudsman expressing my concern about the Victorian
19 Police being used in what I viewed to be unlawfully. To the credit of the Ombudsman, she
20 referred the matter to the Victorian IBAC. However IBAC declined to investigate holding it was
21 not in the “PUBLIC INTEREST”. Obviously, to me if the dying of people is of such concern by
22 the various government to lockdown, etc, people then how can IBAC claim it is not an issue of

21 often has been the mantra of many, as I understand that in January 2020 a patent was taken out
22 by Chinese scientist. No patent can be taken out of any natural disease but can be done to a man-

24 indicated that this COVID-19 really is a combination of different diseases, including HIV

36 What really is to be considered is that various presentations over many months made clear that
37 COVID-19 not only is transferred via aerosol (as I wrote about months ago) but also that its
38 make-up presents not just the coronavirus but also was allegedly laboratory enhanced with HIV
39 and other diseases. On that basis locking up someone , such as return travellers, in some hotel
40 lacking any proper “QUARANTINE” facilities is not just plain stupid but totally irresponsible.
41 As such, no amount of gloves, face mask, protective gowns, etc, would shield any parson unless
42 the infected person was placed in a proper “QUARANTINE” facility that isolated the infected
43 person from any direct physical contact with any one attending to this infected person.
44 Few, if any hospitals may have this kind of facilities, let alone did the various governments
45 provide for additional facilities.
46 It simply lumped people together in some hotel facility with untrained persons to look after
47 security (and reportedly sleeping with them) and then somehow it may have been expected that
48 the infected person(s) would not infect anyone else in their surroundings.

50 Let me try to use a very simplistic example;

1 If you got a basket of apples and one is rotting away then more than likely it will cause
2 other healthy apples to be affected. You simply remove the rotten apple before it can cause
3 problems to the other apples.

5 When you have people suspected of some disease then you do not place them all together and
6 well let time to prove who is or isn’t going to be infected but you simply place each suspected
7 infected person in a separate “QUARANTINE” facility to ensure the best medical care provided
8 just in case any of those person actually are infected. The worst thing you can do is to lump them
9 altogether in some hotel and say well we see when the test result come back. OH well many test
10 results are faulty and so we might then let infected people go wherever as we cannot be blamed
11 for faulty test results. In my view the real issue should have been to ensure that each and every
12 person suspected to be possibly infected (regardless if they are not) to be isolated in proper
13 “QUARANTINE” facilities and have medical teams attending to each and everyone of them.
14 It means that any doctor or other medical personal attending to such person must after leaving
15 the bedside of a suspected infected person go through a total decontamination process to ensure
16 this doctor/medical staff will not take any infection outside the “QUARANTINE” room and
17 spread it around. When reportedly security personnel were sleeping with persons possibly
18 infected surely this underlines that no proper decontamination existed whatsoever. Having sexual
19 intercourse with a stranger who is or might be infected hardly could be considered part of a
20 “QUARANTINE” or “DECONTAMINATION” process.
21 No amount of gloves, mask and other protective gear usage can assist when the security is in bed
22 having sex with a person held in the hotel possibly infected with some disease. Neither could the
23 presentation of food prepared outside a hygennic sealed of kitchen be deemed proper, this as the
24 persons preparing the meals should have been decontaminated before entering the kitchen where
25 the meals were prepared. Likewise the meals should have been sealed in transport from the
26 kitchen to the person who was to eat it, when placed in a locker that have any air sucked out of
27 the sealed locker before opening on either side as to prevent contamination to enter one way or
28 another.
29 After the person had consumed the meal then all and any dishes, etc, should have been placed in
30 a sealed plastic bag by the person and then placed in a special locker albeit without risking any
31 contamination (for further usages of the locker) and so the locker must be fitted that when plastic
32 bag is placed in there it automatically is then sealed in another wrapper that is air tight to prevent
33 any form of contamination. This then is automatically dropped in to a garbage waste tube which

40 What we had was that even a person after more than 128 days was in hospital regarding
41 COVID-19. And as such, anyone who goes on 14 days simply doesn’t understand what it is

47 Yes, the data is out there and it underlines, as I often wrote about, that mask are more a danger to
48 ordinary people. A person is more than likely to touch a mask to remove it such as to drink
49 something, eat something, etc, and so contaminate the hands with anything that might be on the
50 mask. This, while with a clear face shield this is not eventuating because one can eat and drink
51 having the face shield still in place. Moreover the face shield also protects the eyes from any
52 droplets, whereas a facemask doesn’t. And, time and time again when one see a person wearing a

2 enter. However, for the wearer it be a considerable danger where anything that is breathed out

5 have problems. As study after study found that for the ordinary person it is better not to wear any
6 mask. From my point of view, having researched it all so much, a face shield might be of some
7 assistance where it doesn’t confine the air for the wearer and protects the eyes and will less likely

9 I for one noticed on Tuesday 21 July 2020 that in a Bunnings (hardware store) many staff
10 members actually wore face-shields, others mask. It also makes it better to understand what a
11 person states (converse) as it avoid a person wearing a mask to have to remove it just so that the
12 other person can make some sense out of what is being told.

14 Obviously when it comes to hotel facilities one also have to consider the changing of bedding,
15 etc. After all if a infected person is to use certain bedding and some staff members then comes
16 and changes the sheets, etc, then this staff member could possibly become infected merely by
17 handling of the bed linen.
18 It ought therefor be very clear that if you are dealing with some disease that justify (well in the
19 minds of politicians) to lock down area’s and to use mask, etc, why then have such grossly
20 incompetent conduct regarding the very persons dumped in some hotel?

22 ROYAL COMMISSION should be held, this as ultimately it is a federal issue when it comes to
23 incoming travellers, aliens, interstate travellers. I have wrote often about the need for a ROYAL
24 COMMISSION but it appears that the Prime minister needs to have more people unnecessarily
25 dying and end up in an early grave before he might even consider to request the Governor-

29 related issues. However, do view that the Victorian Police should restrain itself to issue any
30 infringement notices, as I clearly have challenged the validity of it, and perhaps the Victorian

33 and date that the police attends outside the gates of my property and I then step out without

20 a dangerous situation. The same as people wearing a mask that is infected/faulty can likely end

20 formalities, etc. He had never been before a court neither convicted!
