Coordinating and following up the process of technical (IREG) and billing (TADIG)
roaming testing (Voice, Camel, GPRS & 3G).
Performing IREG testing in order to support to IREG team.Maintenance of the
roaming functionality through performance of the post launch testing to ensure
roaming service availability.
Management of test SIM cards, maintenance of SIM cards database & supporting
SIM cards inventory process.
Sending of updated AA14, IR21, and any other requests or queries to all roaming
partners by mail, tracking the information spreading among roaming partners
Providing support to front line staff in resolving roaming related customer
queries.
Coordinating roaming activities with NSS operation, Roaming Partners
