The App will be online 24 hours, but the requests could be only from 6am to 11
am due to pandemic schedule.

Flow of Orders and Goods


The Help me app location will enter the request to a online service and later will
give the opportunity to take the order to one of the employees giving them the
choice seeing 3 variables in the scan, price ( how much they will earn from the
request ) Time ( How much time it will cost to them ) that’s given by the
costumer and location ( how far is the employee to the request. Later the order
will show to us, who catch the order and the geo localization of the helper. So
we can monitored how is the order going. (via scanner, etc.) into local
computer that is connected to the. The central office in Guayaquil then handles
paying with the banks if its online or collect the fee for our service.
