Recreation vs. Covid-19


1. As a CRITICAL THINKER
Critical thinking is the ability to think clearly and rationally about what to do or what to believe,
during this pandemic we really need to think on what is best for us. My way is that I change my
daily routine from being lazy to being productive. It is due to the fact of quarantine, that we
have so much free time in our life to be better. So I eat healthy foods, exercise, get a complete
8 hours of sleep and stay at home.
2. As an EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATOR
In many ways I can be an effective communicator, I show that I care and that I listening to the
person who is talking. My goal is to spread awareness on what to do in times like this, by
sharing my common knowledge to those who are uninformed. Good communication is a two-
way street that involves a whole lot of nonverbal communication, with this we can spread
awareness and risk of getting Covid-19.

3. As a SOCIALLY RESPONSIBLE CHRISTIAN


As a responsible Christian I will advertise social teachings that helps people to participate in
morally upright ways in action. Our ways to understand public issue such as interacting with
one another, but with precaution and maintaining social distancing. Knowing possible ways of
dealing in with this pandemic and observe my actions with respect.

Although mercy requires that the demands of justice not only be fulfilled but exceeded,
Christians sometimes organize their lives without considering their responsibilities in respect to
social justice. Treating these responsibilities as an afterthought is a mistake, however, since
they affect every area of one’s life, and also make their own specific demands.
4. As a PHYSICALLY FIT INDIVIDUAL
I am a person who is physically fit is capable of performing and enjoying daily activities with and
without quarantine. The physical fitness that my body have, is the ability to function effectively
and efficiently in work and leisure activities, to be healthy, resist illnesses, and to meet
emergency situations. As of this past month I jog 7 kilometers daily to be a physically fit
individual.
