Company Background

PT VIRAMA KARYA (Persero) As a state owned

enterprise and independent company.

Initially this company is a private dutch company called

NV. Fermon Cuypers Ingenieurs Architecten Bureau.

Then it was nationalized by the government regulation

PP. 56/1961 and operates under the Ministry of Electric
Power and Public Work. In 1970it was name PT
VIRAMA KARYA (Persero) by PP. 38/1970, with
guidance from the Department of Public Work and the
Ministry of Finance.

PT VIRAMA KARYA (Persero) is a member INKINDO

(National Association of Indonesian Consultants) and
the Indonesian Chamber of Commerce and Industry
(KADIN). 1
