Guarantee: 3 years (from invoice date) against any manufacturing defect found in the mechanical part of the lift and 1 year (from invoice
date) against any manufacturing defect found in the electrical part of the lift, machines, and doors. All malfunctions due to a defective or
inappropriate installation of the lift are not covered by our guarantee, as well as all lift components damaged due to an inadequate storage and
all those due to the normal use of the product.  All those materials which are not produced by IMEM will be covered by the manufacturer’s
guarantee.  IMEM’s guarantee covers the replacement of the defective materials and its shipping costs, but not the labor costs required for their
replacement.
Supply liability: This quotation only includes the materials specified in it. It does not include either installation or lift commissioning.
