Madam:

Please consider this letter as my intent to apply as part time College Instructor in your
highly recognized institution.

As per qualifications, I finished my Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Lyceum Northern

Luzon, Urdaneta City, Pangasinan in the year 2009 and earned my 49 units in Teacher
Certificate Program (TCP) in Education Major in Biological Science at Tarlac Agricultural
University, Camiling, Tarlac in the year 2013. Currently, I am in the public school beginning
2014, and I am teaching five (5) Grade 8 Science classes and one (1) Grade 7 Elective Science
in Special Science Program, Science Technology and Engineering (STE) at Estipona National
High School, Pura, Tarlac. Within that short period of time I have proven myself with
numerous accomplishments in the department. I earned my complete academic requirements
in CIT-PSU Consortium and later on finished the degree of Master in Education Major in
Educational Leadership at Colegio de Dagupan, Dagupan City and currently enrolled in the said
institution taking up Doctor of Philosophy Major in Educational Leadership & Management.
Furthermore, I crafted SGOD innovation entitled: “Project Maka-SERVICE” (Serving with
Excellence as our Responsibility to our Valued stakeholders for the Improvement
of the Community through Education and Training). The abovementioned SGOD
innovation was adapted by other schools in Tarlac province because of its beneficial results to
community. Similarly, another Income Generating Project was crafted and implemented in the
school and was also adapted in Pura District entitled: “Organic Fertilizer Making through
Vermi Composting”. In addition, I spearheaded trainings that focus on the importance of
research based findings. In fact, I conducted one (1) action research entitled: “SELF-
EFFICACY BELIEFS AND INTELLECTUAL CAPITAL OF SCIENCE TEACHERS IN ESTIPONA
HIGH SCHOOL”. Presently, I am the Science Investigatory Project adviser and the Special
Science Class adviser in our school. Those accomplishments lead to my current promotion
from Teacher III to Master Teacher I in Science Department.

With this in mind, it is my aim to match my range of experience with my ability to be a

compassionate and dynamic teacher who will make a positive contribution to your branded
school and to the community where it belongs. I would be happy and hopeful to receive your
favorable response to this application.
