    PUBLIC TRANSPORT SHOULD BE FREE

    To begin I will start by saying that if public transportation were free first, it will

    decrease the statistics of deaths due to informal entry into the transportation system,

    likewise the number of people using the system will increase, secondly, it is fair that public

    transport is free like primary and secondary education because would be payment with

    taxes already collected, even so this does not mean that because public transportation is free

    decrease good service, instead the public transport service should be a quality transport.

    Then the state should consider the option of implementing free public transportation or,

    therefore, don't increase the price
