Step (1) Business Problem researched with Survey Check List


 Build the relationship with CEO or Director
 Ask about the current management and operation of the company
 Survey about new product development
 Check about the performance and current position in the market
 Request to give more information about their idea development for new product
development
 Ask the human resource power for new product development
 Measure the performance and market resource of the company
Step (2) Discuss and brainstorming with Top Level (CEO, Board of Director and Department
Heart of Marketing)
 Brainstorm about their idea how to develop new product and their opinion of
potential market opportunity
 Ask the performance of the support team (IT and tourism professionals)
 Suggest to build new team for new online booking product and ask their opinion
 Ask and make sure their product launching date to the market
Step (3) SOP Guide
 Hiring one professional for the contracting with the hotels to get the best
available price and one trainee or one unpaid intern students to assist
 Do the market survey and forecast the market
 Positioning and targeting the market
 Checking and following-up the performance and availability of IT department
support for new product development
 Choose new internet accessible platform for easy and user-friendly online
booking platform
 Following-up and monitoring the digital marketing source of the company
 Assisting and monitoring the performance of new hired professionals for online
hotel booking
 Try to set the booking platform to sell the package than one ticketing items by
recommending the available related destination and package
 Monitoring and managing Customer Relationship Management
 Setting the procedure to follow-up the feedbacks from the customers
Step (4) One by One or Group Discussion
 One by one mentoring to CEO and Board of Director
 Group Discussion with the department heads
 Listen the feedbacks to mentoring SOP Guideline before set-up
Step (5) Follow-up Feedback
 Follow-up with the check-list for implementation
