I, Shahzada A Hamid, (Date of birth- 26/01/1955, Son of Late Abdul Halim and Hamida
Begum, permanently residing at 124, Kalabagan, Bashiruddin Road, Police Station - Kalabagan.
District-Dhaka 1205, Bangladesh, by faith Islam, by profession- Business, Nationality-Bangladeshi,
do hereby solemnly affirm and declare as follows: -

1. That, I am a permanent resident & national of Bangladesh by birth having home and
wealth belonging to an aristocratic family of the country. I have got strong family
bondage, social and economical ties in Bangladesh.
2. That I am the Managing Director of Landmark Bangladesh Ltd., North Dhanmondi,
Dhaka, Bangladesh.
3. I do hereby declare that my name has been written in my passport as SHAHZADA A
HAMID and in my National ID card- bearing ID no. 2691649112364, bank documents
and other varoius documents as SHAHZADA HAMID. So I am the same person of the
written two names, in my passport, bank and various other documents.
 4. Further I do hereby declare that undoubtedly I am the same person of the aforementioned
vested two names written in my passport, bank documents, National ID card and in other
various documents.

VERIFICATION:
All the statements made above are true in the best of my knowledge and correct to the best of my
knowledge and belief, whereof I swear and sign this affidavit befor the Notary Public, Dhaka
