DEED OF DONATION

OF A POTION OF A PARCEL OF LAND

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

That I, MILAGROSA P. DIZON, of legal age, widow, Filipino citizen, with

residence and postal address at No. 43 San Juan, Sta. Ana, Pampanga,
hereinafter known and referred to as the DONOR by virtue of these presents do
hereby gives , transfers and conveys by way of DONATION a Ninety-Four (94)
square meter portion of a subject parcel out of its total area of Five Hundred
Ninety Four (594) Square meters covered by TCT No. 042-2016000387
registered under my name to BARANGAY SAN JOSE, STA ANA, PAMPANGA
represented herein by its incumbent Brgy.Captain ROSANNA M. VARRON
Filipino, of legal age and a resident of San Jose, Sta. Ana, Pampanga, referred
to herein referred to as the DONEE, particularly described as follows:

OR LESS”

That the purpose of donating a Ninety-Four (94) square meter of the subject
property is to be used by the residents of the said Barangay San Jose as a
Barangay Hall.

That the DONOR affirms that this donation is not made with intent to deceive her
creditors and that has reserved for herself sufficient funds and property.

That the DONEE, through its representative hereby accepts, and receives this
donation made in its favor by the DONOR.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have signed this deed in Mexico,

Pampanga, this 3rd day of July, 2018.
