PARTITION AGREEMENT

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This AGREEMENT OF PARTITION, made and executed by and between:
We, BARRON LOUISE D.C. MATA, SPS. GRACE D.C. MATA and RICO G.
MATA, of legal age, Filipino, a resident of 3339 Jenny’s Ave., Rosario, Pasig City,
hereinafter referred to as the BUYERS;
We, KRISTINE JOY D.C. FLORES and KRISTHAN JB D.C. FLORES, both of
legal age, Filipinos, a resident of 3339 Jenny’s Ave., Rosario, Pasig City, hereinafter
referred to as the BUYERS;

We, ROCHIE JANE D.C. MABELIN, HANNAH D.C. MABELIN and YVES
D.C. MABELIN, all of legal age, Filipinos, a resident of 3339 Jenny’s Ave., Rosario, Pasig
City, hereinafter referred to as the BUYERS;

SPS. RANILO A. DELA CRUZ and MARISSA B. DELA CRUZ, both of legal
age, Filipinos, a resident of 3339 JENNY’S AVE., ROSARIO, PASIG CITY, hereinafter
referred to as the BUYERS;

WITNESSETH

WHEREAS, we are the lawful owner of a certain parcel of land, registered by the name
of SPS. LEYDO DELA CRUZ and TERESITA DELA CRUZ (SELLER) situated at
Rosario, Pasig City covered and embraced by Transfer Certificate of Title No. 53191
containing a total area of FIVE HUNDRED (500) SQUARE METERS, more or less and
more particularly described as follows:

That the said parties have caused the subdivision of the aforesaid parcel of land into
FIVE (5) LOTS, more particularly described as:
** Lot 1-B-1 (LRA) PSD-E2015004235 consisting of EIGHTY FIVE (85) SQUARE
METERS shall appertain and belong to BARRON LOUISE D.C. MATA, SPS. GRACE
D.C. MATA and RICO G. MATA.
** Lot 1-B-2 (LRA) PSD-E2015004235 consisting of SEVENTY ONE (71) SQUARE
METERS shall appertain and to KRISTINE JOY D.C. FLORES and KRISTHAN JB
D.C. FLORES.
** Lot 1-B-3 (LRA) PSD-E2015004235 consisting of SEVENTY SEVEN (77) SQUARE
METERS shall appertain and to ROCHIE JANE D.C. MABELIN, HANNAH D.C.
MABELIN and YVES D.C. MABELIN.
** Lot 1-B-4 (LRA) PSD-E2015004235 consisting of ONE HUNDRED NINE (109)
SQUARE METERS shall appertain and to SPS RANILO A. DELA CRUZ and MARISSA
B. DELA CRUZ.
** Lot 1-B-5 (ROAD) (LRA) PSD-E2015004235 consisting of FIFTY EIGHT (58)
SQUARE METERS shall appertain and to BARRON LOUISE D.C. MATA, SPS. GRACE
D.C. MATA and RICO G. MATA, KRISTINE JOY D.C. FLORES, KRISTHAN JB
D.C. FLORES, ROCHIE JANE D.C. MABELIN, HANNAH D.C. MABELIN, YVES
D.C. MABELIN, SPS RANILO A. DELA CRUZ and MARISSA B. DELA CRUZ.
NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the above agreement, the parties
herein shall have the Transfer Certificate of Title No.125073 CANCELLED by the
Register of Deeds for Pasig City, and in lieu thereof to ISSUE FIVE(5) new certificates of
title for the Six (5) lots in favor of the BUYERS/owners, respectively.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we hereunto set our hand this_________________ at Pasig
