VENDOR;

We, BARRON LOUISE D.C. MATA, SPS. GRACE D.C. MATA and RICO G.
MATA, all of legal age, Filipinos, a resident of 3339 Jenny’s Ave., Rosario, Pasig City,
hereinafter referred to as the VENDEES;
We, KRISTINE JOY D.C. FLORES and KRISTHAN JB D.C. FLORES, both of
legal age, Filipinos, a resident of 3339 Jenny’s Ave., Rosario, Pasig City, hereinafter
referred to as the VENDEES;
We, ROCHIE JANE D.C. MABELIN, HANNAH D.C. MABELIN and YVES
D.C. MABELIN, all of legal age, Filipinos, a resident of 3339 Jenny’s Ave., Rosario, Pasig
City, hereinafter referred to as the VENDEES;
We, SPS. RANILO A. DELA CRUZ and MARISSA B. DELA CRUZ, both of
legal age, Filipinos, a resident of 3339 Jenny’s Ave., Rosario, Pasig City, hereinafter
referred to as the VENDEES;
WITNESSETH:
WHEREAS, the VENDOR are the lawful and registered owners of a parcel of land
located at Bo. Rosario, Pasig City and covered by Transfer Certificate pf Title No. 53191
containing a total area of FIVE HUNDRED (500) SQUARE METERS, more or less,
which is more particularly described as follows:
WHEREAS, the VENDOR offers to sell the above-mentioned property to the
VENDEES and the VENDEES agree to buy the same, in the following manners, to wit:
FOR BARRON LOUISE D.C. MATA, SPS. GRACE D.C. MATA and RICO G.
MATA:
FOR ROCHIE JANE D.C. MABELIN, HANNAH D.C. MABELIN and YVES
D.C. MABELIN :
FOR BARRON LOUISE D.C. MATA, SPS. GRACE D.C. MATA, RICO G. MATA,
KRISTINE JOY D.C. FLORES, KRISTHAN JB D.C. FLORES, ROCHIE JANE D.C.
MABELIN, HANNAH D.C. MABELIN, YVES D.C. MABELIN, SPS RANILO A.
DELA CRUZ and MARISSA B. DELA CRUZ:
NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the sum of ONE MILLION ONE
HUNDRED THOUSAND (P1,100,000.00) PESOS, Philippine Currency, the VENDOR
hereby acknowledged receipt from the VENDEES and by these presents the VENDOR
hereby SELL, CEDE, TRANSFER and CONVEY by way of Absolute Sale unto the
VENDEES the afore-said property apportioned to them respectively, including
improvements thereon, free lien and encumbrances.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we have hereunto set our hands this ______ at Pasig
