SUBDVISION AGREEMENT

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This DEED made and executed this_____ at______ Philippines by and between:
I, SUSAN F. GAPPI, of legal age, Filipino citizen married to Leonardo Gappi with
residence and postal address at Sta. Lucia Riverside, Masantol Pampanga.
-And-
JOYCE SORIANO REYES, of legal age, Filipino citizen single with residence and
postal address at 55 Sta. Lucia Matua, Masantol Pampanga.
Witnesseth
Whereas the above mentioned parties are the true and lawful registered owner of a parcel
of land more particularly described as follows.
KATIBAYAN NG ORIHINAL NA TITULO BLG. 8796

A PARCEL OF LAND ( Lot No. 561, Cad. 305-D, beginning at a point marked “1” of
Lot No., 561 Cad., 305;D being S.27;53 W. 486.73 M., BLLM No. 1 Masantol Cad., thence N.,
32;16 E. 20.36 m to point 2; S 63;06 E. 5;39 M to point 3; S 25;35 w 22.21 m. to point x x x x x
x x x x x x x x situated in the Bo. Of Poblacion, Mun. of Masantol, Province of Pampanga
containing an area of ONE HUNDRED FORTY ONE (141) SQ.M more or less.

WHEREAS, the parties have agreed to subdivide the property as follows;

SUSAN F. GAPPI 70 SQ.M LOT 561-B

WHEREFORE, for and in consideration of the above premises, we now agree as we hereby agree to effect
the subdivision of the Mother Lot as above stated.

FINALLY, this subdivision agreement and the annex attached hereto contain the entire agreement of the
parties with respect to the subject matter of this Deed, and supersede all prior negotiations, agreements and
understandings with respect thereto. This Agreement may only be amended by a written document duly executed
by co-owners.
