RE: Illegal Cutting of big Tress and Century Tress

Dear Sir,

Environmental Greeting!
This time I came to write in your good office asking for Action against illegal activities that
happened in the area in Barangay Paglaum.

With regards to my previous complaint here attached Photocopy of my letter to Cenro

Filezardo Cayatoc And Forester Rodney Verian of DENR office Taytay, Palawan dated
2014.

It’s about more than 6 long years already but till now still no action has been taken by DENR
office Taytay, Palawan.
That time DENR personnel named Mario was order by Rodney Verian to go with in the area
to conduct inspection he got a photo shot and measurement of the big trees which harvest
and Illegally cut by EFRAN MALUNES “Alyas Nonoy” Committed a serious illegal
cutting of big trees and century trees in lot 4016, cad 841-D located in So. Semendong
Paglaum, Taytay, Palawan.

After that ocular inspection I think DENR office will take action but sad to my regret until
now as no action taken by this office. The man who committed serious offense against
DENR strict policy on Environmental issue but still there in the area continue doing his
illegal activities.

Hoping that your office this time will response according to the existing Laws of DENR and
bring him behind bars. So he may learn a lesson. And give warning to other who did the
same things and doing illegal activities in the area and other part of Taytay, Palawan.
