Project Description or Research Plan

I. OBJECTIVE

The Walang Plastikan Project aims to lessen the usage of plastics in

our community. This project also aims to use recyclable materials and

produce paper bags as an alternative for plastic bags. Walang Plastikan

Project is an action to reduce the use of plastics.

II. RATIONALE

Our public market in Dapdap, Bamban is located in San Nicolas.

The public market is prone of using plastics wherein you can see plastics

everywhere which blocks the drainage that causes flashflood. The people

are aware about this issue but they don't take any action. To reduce this

problem as a part of the community, I take the initiative to start this project

in our community.
III. METHODOLOGY

April 21, 2022

Time Description
8:00am-8:30am Collected the materials such as scissors
and glue.
8:30am-9:00am Picked up the unused papers at my friend's
house.
9:00am-12:00pm Made almost 50 paper bags.
12:00pm-1:00pm Lunch break
1:00pm-1:15pm Went to public market.
1:15pm-1:20pm Distributed 10 paper bags at F.A. - Felipe
Anunciacion Drugmart.
1:20pm-1:25pm Distributed 10 paper bags at Arjen
Pharmacy.
1:25pm-1:30pm Distributed 10 paper bags at Paquit
Drugstore.
IV. RESULTS
