Minutes of the Meeting

Dissemination and Utilization of the Eco – Tile Bricks Project

The Meeting for Dissemination and Adoptation of the Eco – Tile Bricks on June 25, 2021
at Luzong NHS. There were two Bgry Captains, four BHW, 3 Brgy. Tanods and Teachers who
attended the Meeting. It started at 8:30 in the morning. The first part of the meeting was formally
started with a prayer led by Ms. Criza Maeridel Ubasa followed by the singing of the Philippine
National Anthem conducted by Ms. Maniefel Twinkey Gaces. The welcome address was
delivered by Mrs. Thelma R. Sacsac as the proponent of the project.
At 8:50 in the morning, the meeting proper commenced. The first agendum of the
meeting was presentation of the project, its overview and objectives such as raising the
awareness on protecting the environment through the act reusing and recycling of plastic
wrappers, to produce eco tile bricks out shredded plastics and to encourage fellow
Pagudpudeneans to be more creative and innovative. Mrs. Sacsac also explained the program
scope description of the project and expected output. Likewise, she informed the body that the
project proposal garnered an award during the “Call for a Project Proposal Program” of North
Luzon Renewable Energy Corporation. The project won 10, 000.00.
The Proponent Manager explained the the raw materials and mixture of the production of
the eco tile bricks. Poblacion 1 Chief Tanod Leonard Castro asked if Mrs. Sacsac will monitor
the Tanods on the first production of eco tile bricks in their Barangay.
The second agendum was signing of the Memorandum of Agreement that feeder Brgy.
Of Luzong NHS can adopt the project.
 The result of the meeting was successful. Mrs. Sacsac gave her mobile number to the
Brgy. Captains for future concerns on the said project.

The meeting is adjourned at exactly 10:15 in the morning.
