2. Inform your members/followers that the material(s) is/are “Posted with Permission”
3. Ensure that you give credit to the owner/author of the material
4. Ensure that your post(s) is/are aligned to the Purpose of your Organization and must abide by the Code of Conduct
formulated by the University (PPS 1027).

The CHED en banc approved a supplement to the CMO No. 9 s. 2013 entitled The Implementation of Flexible Delivery of
Student Affairs and Services during COVID-19 Pandemic. This aims to ensure the continuity of the holistic development of
our students through alignment to the shift to flexible learning. One of its provisions among others states that “Student
organizations can conduct online activities, but must be reported in advance to SAS for proper monitoring.”
