residence visa.

Instructions for Submission of
Declaration:
1. All fields in the document must be
completed.
2. The declaration must be typed and
submitted on company letterhead.
Furthermore, it should be dated, signed
and stamped by the authorised signatory.
3. If the member list is submitted as a soft
copy excel sheet from the client, it should
be attached with a signed copy of the
declaration to the email that is sent to
Daman. The date on the excel sheet
should match with the date of the
declaration.
4. If the declaration is submitted as a hard
copy, the member list must also be
submitted with the declaration. Each page
of the declaration and the member list
must be stamped.
