Greetings of Peace and well-being during these challenging times!

The COVID-19 pandemic has brought tremendous changes in our community. It changes the
way of life of people and even the way the schools should function. Therefore, as an educator,
my plan of action should also evolve. As I continue teaching mathematics in this institution for
summer classes for the students to have continuous learning while preserving their safety, I will
implement preventive measures in handling my classes. In conducting face to face class, I will
see to it that social distancing is implemented. Other preventive measures will also be observed,
such as washing hands often with soap and alcohol before stepping inside the classroom and
avoiding close contact with their co-students. Furthermore, only 20 students are allowed in one
session, and wearing facemask is always required inside the school campus.
I also prepare my Learning Continuity Plan for my subjects to be taught this term. This plan
ensures that my students and I will be safe from the threat of the virus while having our classes.
I hope you will allow me to continue serving the students' needs amidst the crisis that we are
facing these times. I am looking forward to your favorable response.
