    Thingangyun Township, Yangon.
    Schedule: Full-time

    CVT Myanmar is a non-profit making organization, registered in Myanmar (INGO 1/0136) by Swiss Support
    Association, as well as a certified Vocational Skills Training Center Ministry of Labor, Immigration and
    Population. It has been maintaining an international network and providing the education through the concept
    of the dual form of apprenticeship (earn while you learn), which combines practical and theoretical training.

    We are exciting to recruit this new post. We offer a decent salary and a dynamic work atmosphere.
    Senior Program Executive takes responsibility for the effective and timely operations over the CVT
    Certified Instructor (CVT CI) trainings and special vocational related trainings projects. This involves the
    supervision of the operational business, relationship management with CVT’s clients to support searching
    new source of income generation by offering CI trainings and all other VT related special trainings. He /
    she ensures the proper alignment of CVT CI and special training offers to the needs of changing business
    environment and reports directly to Head of Vocational Training (HoVT).

    Fundamental functions of the position include:

    • Close coordination and cooperation with teachers, instructors both in-house and freelance
    • Relationship management with different stakeholders to support services on special trainings
    related to vocational education, Instructor trainings.
    • Handling stakeholder engagement in co-operation with Partnership and Communication
    department
    • Executing the trainings and its operational management
    • Handling efficient budgeting, financing and cost effectiveness of annual trainings plan and
    activities
    • Monthly work-plans with high accuracy and performance
    • Monthly Reporting, documentation

    Requirements are:

    •
    + 35 of age, Degree Holder with relevant field (Master Holder preferable)
    •
    + 10 years operation & managing experiences in projects & trainings field
    •
    Human Skills, Excellent Negotiator, Reasonable Good English communication skills, oral and
    written
    • Able to adapt the challenges in the changing environment
