Pressure & Return Pipelines are connected to Cylinder Valve Block

Hydraulic Hand Pump Connected to the HPU Valve Block Port for the Pressure
Line - A1 ,A2 & A3 (to develop the test pressure on the line)

The Cylinder Ball Valves (304,305 ) should be in clossed Condition Refer Drg No:
XB-P2-FP-207504

Pressure Testing - Pressure Line A 1 (Drg No: 207504).The set pressure is at 255
Kg / cm 2.Reduce Pressure setting to avoid impulse

H P U - Shut-off Valves( Pr, & Rtn) are should be opened 218

Give Open Command through Local Control Panel

Adjust the Pressure setting upto Maximum working Pressure is 255 Kg/cm 2 and
Hold the Pressure for 10 minutes,No Leakage is Allowed .

The Hand Pump is used to built the Test Pressure upto 380 Kg/cm2(1.5 times of
working pressure) and Hold the Pressure for 10 minutes,No Leakage is Allowed.
 The Hand Pump is used to built the Test Pressure upto 380 Kg/cm2(1.5 times of
working pressure) and Hold the Pressure for 10 minutes,No Leakage is Allowed.

Disconnect the Hand Pump after releasing pressure

Pressure Testing for Pilot Line - B1,B2 & B3 (Drg No: 207504)
a) Give Close Command thro Local Control Panel
b) Setting of Maximum Working Pressure is 155 Kg/cm 2 and
check for 10 minutes -No Leakage is Allowed
c)Adjust Pressure Relief Vaive setting up to Maximum Test pressure is 230
Kg/cm 2 and check for 10 minutes,No Leakage is Allowed

Pressure Testing for Return Line is Required Test Pressure -15 Kg/cm 2, during
Flushing 20 Bar Pressure is applied ,hence Pressure Testing is not Required
