    Dear Teacher,
    In order to plan ahead for the staffing for the September term, it is necessary that I have an indication
    of your plans for the upcoming school year 2020-2021. Please indicate your plans by completing the
    appropriate section below and return the form to the Principal’s Office by Monday, June 22, 2020.
    Please be reminded that in the case of provisional teachers intending to resign at least one month’s
    notice is required, and three months written notice in the case of permanently appointed teachers.
