Journal-07

Exertion made:

It’s been almost one & half month I’m working in Concord Group of Companies at Human
Resource Management and Development Department as intern. I have learned lots of thing
practically so far. I have worked in this week to preparing appointment letter, job description, and
lastly job regularization.

Learning’s/ achievements:

After getting recruitment approval from Managing Director & Department Head HRD prepare
appointment letter for selected candidate(s) & also preparing joining related papers/forms and
make personal file for every single candidate to keep their records. Then for the position of
selected candidate(s) have to make job description. Job description is very important to the
position holder and also the organization. In this week one of the important achievements was
worked with job regularization. It is very imperative thing because the master roll employees only
can regularize their job through permanent employees. It is similar with the appointment letter but
also maintain some of the terms and conditions very strictly.

Notable incidents:

In this week I was seeing an incident with job regularization. My coworker executive Mr. Noman
gave me a work to make job regularization. When I go too submitted to my department’s head he
told me that there is some change with terms and conditions. Then he called Mr. Talukder sir
deputy manager HR and told him the terms which has been changed there and also gave me
some lessons.

Observations/ reflections:

From this part my observations were that these works were very confidential matter. So that always
handles these types of works very judiciously. Always keep suggestion from the senior employees
and judicial people to do the work very judiciously for the organization.
