Exertion made:

In the second week I started to take Employee Orientation for both permanent and muster roll
employee. Into the joining day I go through with the orientation session. It includes developing &
maintaining a policy on how to conduct orientation program for the newly joined employees.
Prepare a written orientation program in consultation with different department heads for the newly
joined employees. Brief the employee about the company, its types of business, product range,
departments and sister concerns. Familiarize the newly appointed employee with the company’s
existing rules, regulations, policies, procedures and system on different issues.

Learning’s/ achievements:

This work is concerning me brief about the organization and its sister concerns. Concord started
their business since 1973.In the last 39 years they have successfully completed over 1000 projects
in and abroad.

Concord is a largest real estate, engineering & construction conglomerates in Bangladesh.


Concord is the market leader in the real estate development. They are involved in all sectors of the
market such as premium high end condominiums; media range apartments, affordable housing,
and luxury low-rate gated communities.Concord group also has tourism, entertainment &
hospitality business. They set fantasy kingdom in 2002.It is the only world class theme park in
Bangladesh. Also concord is the leading engineering and construction company in Bangladesh
with some of the most prominent and most technically challenging projects in the country to their
brand name.

Notable incidents:

All over the week there are lots of incidents done by everyone. Most remakable incident was
interview confermation calling to every candidate. It is very important exertion. Depends on this
concern the entire panel member for interview and then interview schedules has been made. All of
this works done by me and my colleagues.

Observations/ reflections:

In the end of the second week my observation is brief the employee about the company, its types
of business, product range, departments and sister concerns. Familiarize the newly appointed
employee with the company’s existing rules, regulations, policies, procedures and system on
different issues.
