ABSTRACT
Year: 2019
The poor ventilation at work lowers the cognitive ability of the employees,
consequently lowers the employee job performance and shows slow their productivity. The
effects in employees productivity about the poor ventilation has been growing concern on
the management. The reason of this study is to know the situation of poor ventilation on
the company. The surveyed were distributed to the employees of Stitchwork Embroidery
Services thus, focuses on how to solve the problem in the environment of company that
leads to productivity that can affect to their job and quality of work.
This is to certify that the research work presented in this thesis entitled
“THE EFFECTS OF POOR VENTILATION TO THE PRODUCTIVITY OF STITCHWORK
EMBROIDERY EMPLOYEE SERVICES” for the award of BACHELOR OF SCIENCE OF
